Judge Could Split J-Lo's Case Over Marriage Movie

Jennifer Lopez's attempts to prevent a movie about her first marriage inched closer to going to trial Thursday when a Los Angeles judge ruled the invasion of privacy suit she filed against filmmaker Ed Meyer can go ahead.  However, the judge delayed a decision regarding Lopez's case against her ex-husband, Ojani Noa.  The judge did say he was leaning towards splitting J-Lo's case against the men into two, which could reportedly hinder her attempts to settle the matter via arbitration.

Lopez sued Noa and Meyer for 10 million dollars in November over a movie she claims would be called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J. Lo and Ojani Noa Story.  Lopez claimed Noa planned to distribute racy footage from their honeymoon in 1997, which would be a violation of their divorce agreement.

Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months.  Back in 2007, she won more than half a million dollars after suing Noa for breach of contract when he tried to write a book about their relationship.
